Rebranding of One of Our Chamber Members ? Hydro Kęty Replaces Alumetal

Alumetal, a well-known Polish aluminium producer and a member of our Chamber of Non-Ferrous Metals and Recycling, is changing its name to Hydro Kęty. The change follows the company?s integration with the Norwegian Hydro group and will not affect daily operations or product quality.

Starting in early 2026, Alumetal in Kęty will operate under the name Hydro Kęty. This is part of Hydro’s strategy, following its acquisition of the Polish company two years ago and the consolidation of its European operations under a unified brand.

Employees and customers can expect business as usual - the plant will continue producing high-quality aluminium alloys, primarily for the automotive sector. As a member of our Chamber, Hydro Kęty remains actively involved in the non-ferrous metals and recycling industry, and the rebranding strengthens its recognition and collaboration within the sector.
