It is an important day for the European non-ferrous metals sector. In Lisbon, Kamila Słupek, Sustainability Manager at Eurometaux, has been elected Secretary-General of the International Study Groups for Copper, Zinc, Lead, and Nickel.
As the new Secretary-General, Ms. Słupek will lead one of the key international bodies monitoring global non-ferrous metal markets — focusing not only on data collection and market analysis but also on fostering cooperation among governments, industry, and other stakeholders in the sector.
The Board and members of the Chamber extend their warmest congratulations to Ms. Kamila Słupek, wishing her continued professional success and fruitful leadership of this important organization, which plays a vital role in shaping the global non-ferrous metals industry and its policies.
