Technology

As the only producer in the country, AUTOPART produces lead oxide (the basic component of battery paste) using the spraying method based on the BARTON system. Its characteristic feature is the ease and sensitivity of process control, which allows you to obtain a product with the desired parameters and maintain its quality at a constant level. Key processes such as plate production, assembly, battery formation are constantly developed, mainly in terms of automation and robotization. Increased demand for AUTOPART products was the main reason for investments in machinery and robots. Thanks to the activities planned for years, it was possible to expand the production of up to 2.5 million batteries per year. According to the World Robotics 2019 report, the robotization rate in Poland is on average 42 (42 robots per 10,000 employees), the world average is 99. At AUTOPART, this factor is 225 and will grow, taking into account investment plans for the coming years.
